COS: 10 years of successful business in Romania

Corporate Office Solutions (COS)' activity in Romania started back in late 1997 when it exclusively represented Steelcase, the world's leading office furniture company.
COS is proud to say that, in 10 years of successful operations, has become one of the main Romanian providers of integrated solutions for office interiors, with the ability to deliver turnkey solutions from design to completion.
During the past decade, COS reached 14 M Euro turnover, 620 clients, 3700 projects, 70 employees, thanks to one main essential value found in all its stakeholders : FIDELITY.
COS 10th anniversary celebration signified a very special Cocktail Event, an evening of Evolution Jazz, Chinese Shadows and much more, which took place on May 6th, 2008.
The concept of the celebration- '10 years of turning Ideas into Reality', was brought to life by a beautiful Chinese shadows moment performed by young talented artists, marking the beginning of the event and showing how pieces of furniture can take other meanings: the base of the Steelcase chair 32 Seconds was used as an umbrella, its back as a basket for fruits etc.
The Chinese Shadows happening was followed by a short presentation movie showing how ideas come into shape: at the beginning there is only a sketch of a workspace, then a space planning is designed, followed by a 3D rendering and, at the end, a moving picture brings to life the initial sketch of the workspace. Internally, between 16th and 18th May COS organized a teambuilding at Sibiu. During this week-end, COS employees and their special guests dressed as mediaeval knights and princesses and filmed a 30-minute movie entitled 'Knights of the Round Table'.
