High-performing green constructions in Romania

The newly established council in the field of green building industry - Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC) held a launch event entitled Build Green - Construieste Verde! on the 14th of October in Bucharest. RoGBC mission statement is to encourage the transformation of the market, educational and legislative conditions necessary to promote high performance construction that is both sustainable and profitable.

COS is honored to be one of the founding member of the RoGBC and a supporter of its mission to transform the construction marketplace towards greater environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, and sustained profitability. In this aspect, Mr. Christophe Weller, Managing Partner Corporate Office Solutions (COS), delivered a presentation about Green Office Design to show how COS, as provider of integrated solutions for office interiors, can support and encourage the use of construction materials and furniture with a low environmental impact over the full cycle of life of the working facilities.
