We were extremely pleased to work with a company that believes people are the best asset an organisation can have. We shared their conviction that people should be put first when it comes to designing workspaces. Make people and work visible - the concept of their design for which we made sure to bring all our creative energy.

As part of BASS Europe's thoughtful attention to people, the company got the employees to participate in the office design process. By having a photo session with the employees and hanging their photos on the walls, the company gave the thumbs up for making the office feel more personal and more dedicated to the people.

This concept was reinforced by using dynamic elements, such as magnetic whiteboards, that employees can use to share work/life related ideas and experiences among colleagues.
Transparency is also a key of BASS Europe culture, so rather than standard wall partitions, we used glass partitions, which created a more open and modern look of their workspace.
