Brasov Business Park is a Class A office and Business Center project, located in the most commercial driveways of Brasov city, developed by Ravensdale Investment, subsidiary of Belgian real estate company Vlerick Vastgoed.

Type of fit-out works completed:

  • Floors (traffic carpet, granite tiles, ceramic tiles, professional entrance mats, and various solutions for the architectural expansion joints)
  • Gypsum walls, painted (normal, water resistant and fire-resistant at 30', 60' and 90')
  • Glass walls and doors (ABCD ID1 partitions)
  • Ceiling, painted (gypsum, tiles, PVC ceiling)

 

For the office rental spaces and conference rooms we delivered:

  • BN Solution desks and meeting tables, NowyStyl chairs
  • New Horison / InterfaceFLOR carpet

So far, we were involved in the first phase of the project which consisted of:

  • Offices Towers I & II, with six floors each;
  • Business Center: business lounge, office rental spaces, restaurant & bar on the ground floor, offices on mezzanine;
  • Parking, technical rooms and storage on underground level.

The second phase will consist of:

  • Office Towers III & IV with six floors each;
  • Conference & exhibition center on ground floor and mezzanine.

In the first phase, we were commissioned to deliver interior fit-out works and office furniture for the office rental spaces and conference rooms. Fit-out works were delivered to open space standards for the Offices Towers I & II, and relatively finished for the Business Center.

The scale of this project makes it unique in our portfolio so far. As in number of workers on site, we reached over 300 people in some stages of the project. But, at any moment, we had at least 60 workers on site, following a dedicated team of Site Managers.
