Being located in one of the first office buildings in Bucharest, which became obsolete in 2010 in terms of office standards, the company felt the need to relocate to a more spacious office building with upgraded facilities.

COS was able to deliver a better, more contemporary office design synchronized with the requirements of the company wide re-branding process occurring in the same timeline.

The biggest challenge the company faced was finding a way to combine the business need for storage space with design and functionality that will enhance the employees' efficiency at work.

The new coffee break area got an additional interest since this area was supposed to be the location where informal meetings and break-out sessions should take place. The furniture was custom-made in order to sustain the informal aspect but also, together with the special lighting system, to support collaboration between employees interacting in this space. Together with the coffee break area, the reception got a special design achieved with different lighting systems and dedicated furniture and flooring.
